Individual should live in Erie County or Warren County but will also cover parts of Mercer, Venango and Crawford County.
This is full time Service Coordinator employment opportunity; Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm.
Position is 75% work from home and 25% travel to participant homes (located within counties mentioned), no on call.
Persons must be self-motivated, have reliable transportation, reliable internet, and the willingness to travel to participants homes.
Familiarity with PA Medicaid is preferred, but not mandatory.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences.
Additional details include:
Paid Remote Training (with the exception of the 1st day you will travel to the corporate office located in Dubois, PA) Weekly online continued training Government Holidays 2 sick days every 6 months (immediately) 5 vacation days (after a year) with and additional day on yearly basis Health insurance is offered after 60-days (probationary period) 180 days probation, then possible raise
